Pizza Kid in Cologne

Upon delivery, despite payment via PayPal, they insisted on receiving an additional cash payment. The driver was nice, the owner on the phone was really rude. Pizza was returned to the driver and I had to get my money back through Paypal. I never order here again!

Driver very nice, not long waited, pizza I was missing something. curry sausage but we could forget the seafood salad, with a lot of green salad with a spoonful of seafood on it we cannot recommend it.

Delicious pizza and fast delivery. The boss (is even in the kitchen) is also very nice and also takes complaints seriously.

After the delivery we still had ice cream, which we had ordered. We called and were told it will be delivered one hour later and we call again and again nothing. This happens again. Then they closed and nobody answered. Really outrageous and the food does not even taste good. I am very pissed and would not even recommend this to my ex !!!

Ordered online and maintained for over 1 hour. The call for the delivery time asked and it was justified that was first waited because often fake orders were made. But we sit here and wait although I have confirmed with all the details from email to mobile no. And that at 5 km distance. No thanks again.

Ordered online. Delivery was delivered after 40 minutes. Friendly supplier. But that's it too. Oily cold fries. Pizza cold. The supposedly fresh mushrooms were at most fresh from the can. Instead of kebab, chicken chops were delivered. The tzatziki was dry and crumbly. Currywurst cold. Conclusion, four times food for the bin. Even the dog didn't want to touch the meat ... It's a shame that you can't give minus stars.

After asking 2 times after ordering there, the food had to be 1 hour late. Unfortunately cold. Supplier was rude. Have specified in the order without onions anyway, both came with onions. It was potato wedges instead of french fries as originally ordered. I am very dissatisfied. WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN !!!!!!

Ordered over 90 minutes ago, the poor driver comes and can deliver the food only warm if not cold. Customer service called and given notice instead of the man on the phone says good 10 € discount because of cold no rude and said give drivers back with. For over 6 years Ordered and now for the third time a great pity. Well, other customers can live with it but we are not at full price
